IJASVideo.com offers only new items unless indicated otherwise in the product description. We offer a 30 DAY guarantee for manufacturer's defects on all merchandise from the shipment date. In case of defective merchandise or a mistake on our part, we agree to either replace defective items or issue a full refund, excluding shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will apply if product is returned due to customer error or refusal to accept delivery.
After the 30 day period, products with manufacturer's warranty which is longer than 30 days should be returned directly to manufacturer.

Please note: all returns must undergo the Return Authorization process.
A unique Return Authorization (RA) number must be assigned to each return. This RA number must be printed on the outside of the box or package being returned. Any returned package that has no RA number on the outside of the package will be returned back to the sender.
